·               Maintain and Manage Cisco UCS System Manager, Comprising of Cisco 3945 Routers, NetAPP Storage, Cisco v1000 series switch, Microsoft Server Platforms, Hosted on a VMware Enterprise Edition Bare Metal Architecture. Consisting of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity and Cisco Presence in a multi-site clustered environment.

 

·               Network and System engineer roles managing multi-site Voice and Video network as both a system maintainer and administrator. This includes multiple Publisher and Subscribers clusters that utilize Cisco UCS C series blade servers hosting Cisco Call Manager 10.5, Cisco Unity Connection 10.5 and Cisco Unified Presence 10.5.

 

·               Assisted in building the enterprise user data base from the ground up and establishing initial Jabber client’s and accounts while migrating the existing Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) VoIP network to a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based protocol infrastructure. The initial enterprise requirement was to deploy 1500+ CSF user accounts, 100+ VoIP endpoints for migration, and 17+ Cisco Telepresence endpoints that consists of C60 room based systems, MXP1000/1700 desktop endpoints and multiple mobile MXP 8000 series systems.

 

·               Maintain and Manage Top Secret PC and VoIP network for over 1,400 users. Network consists of Cisco 6500, 4500, and 3700 series switches as well as 2800 series routers. Configured and Installed Cisco 7962/7975 VoIP phones.
